Your reservation status keeps you updated on all kinds of things, such as whether you're confirmed or need to do something like verify your ID or leave a review. You can find your reservation status by following these steps.
For Instant Bookings, your reservation is automatically confirmed. If you sent the Host a reservation request, they have 24 hours to respond. If they decline or don’t respond, no worries: You won’t be charged and are free to book a different stay. Either way, be sure your account is up to date with valid payment information and your verified ID. (Some Hosts require it.)

Notice to Renters / Tenants
We are strictly an advertising service for individuals who are selling or renting their personally owned real estate on a "by owner" basis. We charge the owners a yearly listing fee to advertise on our website. We make no commission if they sell or rent their property as a result of our advertising services.
Therefore, we are not an agent and we cannot supply any information to the public about the property or owners other than the information provided as part of listing process.
While we do not become involved in individual disputes or grievances between the public and the property owners listed on our website, we do make an internal record of complaints from the public and owners and reserve the right to remove properties or tenants at our discretion based on one or more complaints. If we receive a complaint about a property or a tenant, owners will be notified and offered a chance to respond. We reserve the right to remove any property listing or user at our discretion based upon one or more complaints received from the public.
